Day 9 | The Power of Words and Authentic Leadership
Day 9 of the School for Young Leaders 2025 was dedicated to the art of communication, exploring how authentic leadership is expressed not only through words but through presence, voice, and character.
The day’s program was led by Anastasija Ilievska, Community Manager at Brainster Next College, journalist and editor at Alfa TV, and President of ISLAA. Through both a lecture and an interactive workshop, participants worked on transforming stage fright into confidence, clarity, and genuine connection.

The sessions focused on voice, posture, storytelling, and non-verbal communication, helping participants understand how credibility and trust are built through alignment between message and presence.
Art of Oratory – Inspiring Voices
The highlight of the evening was the “Art of Oratory – Inspiring Voices” competition, where participants took the stage to deliver powerful speeches marked by passion, eloquence, and purpose.
🏆 Congratulations to Berta Stojkovska, winner of the Alex Salmond Plaque, presented by Gjorge Ivanov, and recipient of a special award presented by Petar Kajevski, Founder of 11i11 Saat, in recognition of her inspiring performance.
The day concluded in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere with karaoke night, laughter, and shared moments—strengthening bonds and reminding everyone that leadership is also about authenticity, joy, and human connection.
Day 9 powerfully demonstrated that words have the power to inspire, unite, and lead when they come from a place of authenticity.
