The Mentoring Journey Has Officially Begun!

The Mentorship Program of the 17th School for Young Leaders of President Ivanov is officially underway!

Our Legacy Leaders have started holding their first sessions with this year’s participants, marking the beginning of an exciting six-week journey of learning, guidance, and shared growth.

During their first meetings, mentors and mentees are getting to know one another, exchanging experiences and expectations, defining their goals, and laying the foundations for the weeks ahead. Each mentoring journey is unique, shaped by the interests, ambitions, and development needs of the participants, as well as by the knowledge and experience of their mentors.

What makes this program particularly meaningful is the connection it creates between different generations of the School. Former participants are returning as mentors to share what they have learned, offer practical guidance, and support a new generation of young leaders as they take their next steps.

The first conversations have begun, new ideas are already emerging, and meaningful connections are being built across countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds.

This is only the beginning. We look forward to following the progress of our mentoring pairs and seeing where this journey of curiosity, trust, and collaboration will take them.
