The Legacy Leaders are ready to begin a new mentoring journey!

Legacy Leaders: Ready, Steady, GO! 🚀

As part of the final stage of preparation for this year’s mentoring practicum, our alumni mentors presented their carefully developed mentoring plans for the participants of the 17th School for Young Leaders of President Ivanov.

Drawing on their own experience as former participants of the School, the Legacy Leaders will now take on a new role, supporting and guiding the next generation of young leaders throughout a six-week mentorship program. Each mentoring plan has been designed to encourage personal and professional development, open exchange, practical learning, and meaningful connections between mentors and mentees.

The mentorship program marks the first phase of the 17th School for Young Leaders and creates a valuable bridge between generations of participants. It is also a powerful reflection of the School’s lasting impact, as former participants return to share their knowledge, experience, and lessons learned with those who are just beginning their journey.

We look forward to seeing these plans come to life and to following the progress of our mentors and mentees as they learn, exchange ideas, overcome challenges, and grow together.
