Day 13.3 | Final Reflections & Impressions
Looking Back to Move Forward
As the 16th School for Young Leaders approached its conclusion, participants gathered for the Impressions Session, led by the 16PISYL2025 team, creating a dedicated space for collective reflection, honest feedback, and meaningful closure.
📚 Session Title: “Final Reflections & Impressions.”
This session offered participants the opportunity to look back on the full journey of the School, from the preparatory phase, through the online and in-person sessions, to the personal and professional milestones reached along the way. The team presented a structured overview of the School’s key components, while participants reflected on how their perspectives, skills, and sense of responsibility had evolved throughout the program.
Through open discussion and on-site evaluation, participants shared insights on what challenged them, what inspired them, and what they would carry forward beyond the School. Completing evaluation forms and signing the Memorabilia Book became symbolic acts—capturing personal impressions, lessons learned, and moments of growth that defined their experience.
More than an administrative step, the Impressions Session served as a moment of pause, a conscious transition from intensive learning to future leadership in action. It acknowledged both individual transformation and collective achievement, reinforcing the understanding that leadership development is a continuous process shaped by reflection, feedback, and self-awareness.
The session reaffirmed a core value of the School for Young Leaders: true growth begins when experience is thoughtfully examined and translated into purpose-driven action.
Leadership Takeaways – Day 13.3!
