🌟 The First-Ever ISLAA Talk: Celebrating Alumni Leadership and Impact 🌟
For the very first time, the ISLAA Talk was held as a new and meaningful platform dedicated to showcasing the achievements, leadership journeys, and real-world impact of Ivanov School for Leaders Alumni Association (ISLAA)Â alumni.
Conceived as a space for inspiration and exchange, the ISLAA Talk offered alumni the opportunity to share how the values cultivated at the School—integrity, responsibility, courage, and service—continue to guide their professional and personal paths across different sectors and countries.
Alumni Voices from Across Sectors
The inaugural edition featured inspiring talks by alumni whose work spans public service, diplomacy, culture, innovation, and institutional leadership:
- Gjorge Bozinov – Mayor of Novo Selo Municipality
- Nina Acheraiou – International Diplomacy, ICD
- Pance Kocev – Author & Employee at the Ministry of Interior
- Happy Mhango – First Secretary for Development, Embassy of Malawi in Berlin
- Ilina Pejoska-Zaturski – Digital Product Strategist
- Daniel Gjokeski – Learning & Engagement Experience Designer

The ISLAA Talk marked a powerful beginning of a new tradition, one that will continue to amplify alumni voices and strengthen the School’s global leadership network.




ISLAA Session | Honoring Our Alumni Ambassadors
During the ISLAA Session, the Executive Board presented the ongoing and upcoming activities of ISLAA, highlighting the steady growth, expanding impact, and future direction of the alumni community.
A special highlight of the session was the official recognition of three outstanding alumni as ISLAA Ambassadors—a title awarded to those who exemplify leadership, integrity, and international engagement, and who actively contribute to strengthening the alumni network.
