A Milestone Achieved: The First-Ever Mentorship Program Concludes Successfully
Yesterday marked the successful completion of the first-ever Mentorship Program of the School for Young Leaders of President Ivanov—a milestone moment that sets a new standard for leadership development within the School.
Conceived as a Legacy Leaders Training, this pioneering mentorship initiative was implemented from July to November 2025 and designed to strengthen both the continuity and depth of the School’s educational model. At its core, the program was built on the belief that leadership grows strongest when experience is shared, responsibility is passed on, and values are lived through action.
Throughout the program, 10 outstanding alumni committed their time, expertise, and dedication to complete the mentorship training and to mentor participants of the 16th generation of the School. Through close guidance, dialogue, and reflection, they supported the personal and professional growth of the new participants—while also deepening their own leadership capacities.
More than a training framework, the Mentorship Program became a space of mutual learning: mentors refined their ability to lead with empathy and responsibility, while mentees gained insight, confidence, and perspective from those who had once walked the same path.
This initiative represents far more than a successful pilot. It is a long-term commitment to embedding mentorship as a cornerstone of the School for Young Leaders—strengthening an alumni-driven culture rooted in purpose, impact, continuity, and connection.
With the completion of this first edition, the School takes a decisive step toward building a sustainable mentorship legacy—one that empowers future generations of leaders while honoring the responsibility of those who lead before them.
Let us continue building this legacy—together. 🌟
