Who can Apply?
The Program is intended for young people under 35 years of age who have completed higher education, including both graduates and professionals with work experience. Participants are expected to demonstrate willingness to develop and refine their leadership skills and to contribute to a positive development of the society and the environment they live and work in.
Eligibility Criteria
1. English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
2. Academic Achievement: A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 8.5 or higher (or equivalent for international degrees) will be considered an advantage.
3. Professional Experience / Advanced Degrees: Work experience and advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) will be considered advantageous.

4. Essay on the general topic of the 16th School for Young Leaders: The applicant's interpretation and opinion on the general topic, up to 800 words, in English.."
Interviews
The applicants will receive an invitation for an interview. For applicants from abroad, interviews will be conducted online.
Selection Criteria
Final selection of participants will be based on academic and professional achievements, as well as performance in the interview.
