Day 4 – Online Lecture
On the fourth day of President Ivanov’s School for Young Leaders, the participants had the opportunity to attend an online lecture.
The lecture was held by Prof. Nikola Ilic, founder and director of ChangeLab Global, also a professor at Georgetown University in Washington. Through a practical exercise, the participants created a leadership story, learned how to recognize and analyze certain phenomena, how to investigate with curiosity and notice details in the leadership process.
This session ended the online part of the School, which continues with a program in Ohrid.
